Bachelor/bachelorette party

So we had our bachelor/bachelorette party yesterday! It was fun, for the most part. I didn't really like the paintball activity, but that was only because I was shot badly from very early on and from far too close. I quit the game after about an hour and watched from the sideline, which was also exciting. :)

The result:

We had sandwiches waiting for us when we got home (made by my mom <3) and we played some games in the afternoon. The weather was really nice, we finally had a lot of sunshine, so everyone was relaxing and enjoying themselves.

Here are some pictures of the games we played:

We played "Who knows the bride?" and "Who knows the groom?" I obviously knew K. the best (24/30), but he didn't know me all that well... I might have to reconsider marrying him. My brother is on the right in this picture, K.'s best man is in the middle.

Left: my future sister-in-law, right: one of my maids of honor.

Right: my other maid of honor (also my blogster friend :)). I'm the one wearing the hat.

K.'s hands and leg were tied together. The code to the lock was written somewhere on his body. I had to find it and unlock him.

Finding the hard-boiled egg by hitting it against our foreheads. They were all hard boiled, tsk!

Pictionary!

Pictionary!

We both had 5 clothespins on our bodies. We had to find the pins on each other's bodies before the other one did. As you can see, we got kind of competitive.

Doggies! The right one is my future sister-in-law's.

Glasses were put in front of our feet. We were then supposed to be "guided" through them, but the glasses were removed as soon as we were blindfolded. I figured it out pretty fast, though!

We had a barbecue around 6. My future sister-in-law's fiancé was our chef.

We really like the idea of handing out wishing balloons to our guests at the wedding, so we bought two in advance and released them at the end of the night. Everybody got completely quiet and just gazed up at the sky...
