So I did some ironing, did the dishes (twice) and baked.
I made muffins for the very first time.

Chocolate banana muffins
100 grams of dark chocolate
100 grams of butter
100 grams of butter

Melt the chocolate and mix in the butter until smooth. Beat the eggs with the sugar and add the chocolate. Mix with flour and cocoa powder. Store in a cool place for about two hours.
Heat oven to 180°C. Pour the batter into muffin shapes until they're about 3/4 filled.
Peel the banana and cut it in slices. Place the slices on the batter (1 on each muffin).

Place in the oven for 20 minutes. Let cool and spread some honey on top of each muffin. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
